Wait time is ten minutes. Refresh your kindle and check for the file. To add my email as an approved sender:
Log into your Amazon account, go to "Manage Content & Devices", select "Preferences", scroll down and expand the "Personal Document Settings" section. Find the "Approved Personal Document E-mail List". If my email isn't already listed, click "Add a new approved e-mail address". Enter my email address and click "Add Address".
 
To find your kindle email address:
Log into your Amazon account, go to "Manage Content & Devices", select "Devices", choose your Kindle device, and then look for "Send-to-Kindle E-mail" under the device details. You can also find it on the device itself within the settings.
